04/03/2005: Sandefur Notes...
Timothy Sandefur has this interesting post on his Blog Freespace called How to Talk to a Lawyer. Now, while it makes lots of good points and has some sage advice -- Having been through this stuff on the 'lawyering side" its' kinda unintentionally funnie too about things I *forgot* in dealing with the "how to get to the facts" of the case from your less than forthcoming clients.
