03/29/2005: Addendum to Karen's Trivia Answers....
I actually thought about adding this to her post, but I don't want to establish a precedent here for all of us editing each other's posts willy-nilly, so this is a separate post.
For anyone interested in the Scopes Monkey Trial, one of the best resources on the Web is the Scopes Trial Home Page hosted by the University of Missouri--Kansas City School of Law. (This is one of the pages associated with The Famous Trials Home Page, a project of Professor Douglas O. Linder of the UMKC law faculty.)
And if reading a bit about the Scopes trial makes you a bit curious about Clarence Darrow (one of only two lawyers (and the only real-life lawyer) that I admire (the other lawyer I admire is John Mortimer's Horace Rumpole of the BBC series Rumpole of the Bailey)), Professor Linder also maintains a Clarence Darrow Home Page.
