03/22/2005: About them "Moooolahs" in Iran...
Maybe when GW stops butchering words like "Moooolah's" when he should say "Mullah's" -- I'll give a rat's patootie about this kind of article by the Wall Street Journal called The Election Past, President's Message Gets a New Accent His Speech Gains Precision, Even French References.
I do recall one linguist, during this past inaugural, commenting on that speech. This linguist, who had looked over many of GW's past speeches, made the point of how GW has the wrong inflection" and "emphasis" on his wording -- that those speeches look and read much better on paper than he delivers them verbally. (Big Surprise?!?)
But I can't stand GW's inflection, genuflection, or speechifying.
No way- No how. He's got a voice like NAILS on a Chalk Board. Counting down the days to send him, via Pony Express, back to Crawford.
