03/17/2005: Paging MadKane.... Paging MadKane....
Well, I don't have to page Karen; I have good reason to believe she reads my drivel on a regular basis. Besides, it was My Favorite Recovering Lawyer who was recently lamenting the lack o'respect given women in the blogosphere. Apparently the subject has raised its ugly head again; Juan Cole mentions a "debate" between Stephen Levy of Newsweek and Jeff Jarvis ("the Republican in Democrat Clothing" --Juan Cole) concerning the phenomenon.
Brian Arner briefly points us to a classic Steve Gilliard rant. Much fun to read, though my impression is that Prof. Cole's a bit more rational about the issue.
