03/14/2005: Congratulations are in order....
to SadPunk, occasional reader/commenter round these parts, who came in 85th of about 500 competitors in a big crossword puzzle championship in the New York area last weekend. He did much better than I'd have even dreamed of, if I'd have entered. Which I wouldn't have, since crosswords aren't really my thing (possibly a reaction against my first ex-wife, who was a crossword addict).
