But...without knowing how the Supremes will rule on the California case and the Commerce Clause implications...wouldn't it be advisable to see what the ruling is this summer? If the FEDs win this Conservative States rights supporters versus the Conservative keeping Marijane Illegal support group...it may be OK State by State, but if its the FEDS...kiss your marijuana medical treatments goodbye.

Hey, I'm merely reporting, I'm not in any way associated with Tennessee lawmaking. I'm far enough to the left that pretty much all local/state politicians here are pretty much repugnant to me.
