01/23/2005: Why comment spammers should be taken out and shot....
(except that's not nearly as painful a death as they deserve).
Over at LeanLeft they've been forced to move their blog management from Movable Type to WordPress, because of comment spam.
I can understand wanting to move from one blogging software program to another (after all, I've done it myself), but that should be your decision, not one that's forced on you to get away from being the unwitting vector for promiscuous linkage.
Hope the change works for them.
