01/23/2005: RIP, Carnak the Magnificent. You'll be missed....
We've just learned that late night TV great Johnny Carson is dead at the age of 79.
As a fitting enough memorial, head over to The Official Johnny Carson Website and click on the link to see a clip (Flash required) of the infamous Ed Ames "tomahawk throw", which resulted in one of the longest sustained laughs in TV history.
