12/26/2004: If you're looking....
for a pretty good rundown of what player personnel moves the Cardinals have made, and which one they still need to make (in a nutshell: we need a starting second baseman), the St. Louis Post-Dispatch obliges. Meanwhile, over at The Birdhouse Annex, Brian Walton obliges us with his own analysis of where the Cardinals are. Frankly, from his vantage point, things aren't looking good. Then again, coming off one of the best season records the franchise has had, the 2005 Cardinals are probably due for something of a letdown.
