10/14/2004: Great days in history:
Today is the 57th anniversary of the day that (then) U.S. Air Force Captain Chuck Yeager climbed into the cockpit of a Bell X-1 named "Glamorous Glennis" (after Yeager's beautiful wife), and became the first man to travel faster than the speed of sound.
