07/26/2004: The 9/11 commission report again....
I'll recopy the prior post and edit it, since there've been some "breaking developments".
The reigning guru of Web usability, Jakob Nielsen says that PDFs are a lousy way to use documents on the web (basically, you should use PDFs only for documents that you want your user to print), therefore I'm glad to see that someone appears to have converted The 9/11 Commission Report to an easily browsable HTML format. If you want just the executive summary, you can look here. For the full report, check out either Vivisimo or PDF Hacks.
In any event, these make things easier to browse than a standard .pdf file.
