07/26/2004: Interesting....
As a diabetic (type 2, so I'm not obsessed with the topic yet, thank what powers that be) I know a little more about insulin and its uses than the average person. But I was surprised to stumble across an article pointing out that insulin is also a banned substance in Olympic competition, unless the athlete can prove that s/he is a diabetic on insulin therapy.
