07/23/2004: Since the reigning guru of Web usability...
Jakob Nielsen says that PDFs are a lousy way to use documents on the web (basically, you should use PDFs only for documents that you want your user to print), I'm glad to see that someone appears to have converted The 9/11 Commission Report to an easily browsable HTML format
