if proposed amendment to the Massachusetts constitution is approved by voters there.
The sad thing is how the Rethugnicans are going to paint this as being further proof of how those liberal Massachusetts folks (read: John Kerry) are so out of touch with traditional American values.
Yep. Death and disease are traditional American values, alright.
