Springfield, Missouri, police officer Michael Murphy took 70 beers that had been seized by the department's underage-drinking task force. When he was caught and fired, he defended himself by saying that departmental policy is to dispose of all seized alcohol-- and "turning beer to urine is disposal." There's actually another reason he should be fired. If all those beers were bought by teenage boys in the Ozarks, then that's 70 Old Milwaukees--his brain cells are gone.
