[T]he History Channel has been trumpeting a program that says it will examine the true story of Arthur "as only the History Channel can." In other words, chock-full of wild-ass speculation, fabrications, half-truths, and stuff taken out of context, all stretched over 5 minutes of cheap stock footage replayed for an hour over and over again.
